This site collects personal data at two points: when you give your name and email to talk to the assistant, and when you send a contact message. Here is exactly what is stored, where and why.

The text of your questions and your IP are stored, not just processed in transit. No sensitive data is collected, and there is no automated profiling producing legal effects on you.
Some of these services operate outside Chile, so data may be processed in other countries.
Five years from your last interaction with the site. The clock runs from the last time you talked to the assistant, not the first: if you come back, it resets.
After that the record deletes itself, and not because someone remembers to: the database drops expired rows every time it is written to. The rule lives in the database, not in a separate process that could be switched off.
If you want it deleted sooner, ask at hola@alisonvivanco.cl and it will be done.
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing, or ask for a portable copy. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to hola@alisonvivanco.cl and you will get a reply. Withdrawing consent must not cost more than giving it: one email is enough, with no forms or extra steps.
The site stores your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser's local storage; that never leaves your device. Google Analytics 4 does use first-party cookies to measure site usage in aggregate. You can block them from your browser settings and the site will keep working.
