About

I am Alison Vivanco, a product researcher and strategist specialized in applied artificial intelligence and complex digital systems.

My work combines research, strategy, design, analytics and technology to turn information into product decisions and build solutions with real impact.

For over 8 years I have worked across communications, digital product and technology, helping create experiences and platforms for industries such as fintech, banking, healthcare and professional services.

I trained as a journalist (BA in Social Communication, Universidad de Santiago de Chile, 2019) and reported for Las Últimas Noticias, CNN Chile, Chilevisión and La Tercera between 2018 and 2023 — part of the La Tercera team whose digital coverage won the 2021 Premio Rey de España for Digital Journalism. That reporting background is the root of the strategic research I do today.

In recent years I have specialized in applied AI, Risk & Compliance Intelligence and health systems — exploring how technology can reduce uncertainty, automate processes and improve decision-making.
